Residential Plan for New Construction Site in Full Sun

This client is a residential builder. His project in Monroe, Georgia is sited adjacent to two other builders' projects. My client desired unique landscaping to distinguish his product from the competition, enhance curb appeal and add value to the property.

THE SOLUTION

The landscape design draws focus to the front entrance with fully developed beds offering a variety of foliage colors and textures. The backyard offers vertical plant material for privacy and the foundations for a future herb and perennial garden.
