Residential Plan for Recent Construction with Mixed Light

This do-it-yourself client wanted a comprehensive site plan that would incorporate features he had already begun to install and weave them into a cohesive design program. A low-maintenance, low irrigation solution was desired.

THE SOLUTION

The proposed design can be installed in seasonal phases so that the client can manage the project independently. Foundation plantings will be installed first and the more ornamental beds will be added in future seasons as the shrubs and ornamental trees are maturing.
