Residential Plan for New
Construction in Full Sun
This
client wanted a comprehensive site plan
that would include a gazebo, a fire pit, a water feature
and soft-set paving at the front entrance. The
home itself has numerous premier design and construction
details. A unique, yet low-maintenance, low
irrigation solution was desired.
THE SOLUTION
The Master Plan
incorporated the requested features into an overall
design theme taken from interior and exterior
appointments featured in the client's home. The
installation will take place in two phases. The
initial phase will include all the requested features,
plus the walkways and steps, dry creek, as well as the
larger shrubs and foundation plantings. The second
phase will complete the plan with planting beds added in
future seasons to compliment the
shrubs and ornamental trees as they mature.
